We are looking for an amazing Director of Infrastructure to join our team. We are looking for an Industrial leader. You’re accountable, reliable, and a natural born leader. You’ve enjoyed success transforming capital projects with your strategic leadership, have enabled and inspired performance excellence. You also understand the importance of balancing production, maintenance, and your team’s needs while being accountable to safety above all else. Your first year’s success highlights will include a robust change management strategy to go with a well-designed and articulated infrastructure program. You will be required to support your team and design annual operating plans aligning with the Council’s Strategic Plan. We are a growing Nation – so being able to pivot and be flexible in your approach will also be key to your success. You will provide expertise in supporting all capital projects. You will bring your strong agility and ability to pivot in dealing with different trades to ensure projects still come to completion with strong project management skills ensuring projects are done on budget and on time. You will be invited to present within the organization – to Council and to the Membership. You will work alongside the best and the brightest in the business with an innovative leader. You will grow your team and help them develop leadership skills to ensure the Nation continues to prosper.
